With the Apple Magic Mouse, you can say goodbye to the traditional mouse design with clickable buttons. The computer mouse has a seamless multi-touch surface that responds to one or two finger movements for browsing, zooming, scrolling and swiping. The laser sensor in the mouse provides excellent precision on almost any type of surface, and it is designed for both right- and left-handed use. The clean, white design looks incredibly professional.
Multitouch surface
The entire front of the mouse has a touch-sensitive surface that you can click and double-click on, like a regular computer mouse. But with Magic Mouse you can do more. With a movement to the right or left, you move between pages in Safari or images in iPhoto. Swiping vertically scrolls through a document, double-tapping with one finger zooms the image or PDF document, and double-tapping with two fingers opens Mission Control, which shows all open apps. The mouse’s intelligent technology is careful not to confuse scrolling with swiping. The Magic Mouse even senses your hand resting on it. The scroll function up and down can only be used in Mac OS 10.11 or later iPadOS 13.4.
User preferences
You may wish to change the motion of a function you use frequently – double-click instead of a click, or scroll instead of swiping. With Magic Mouse, you can easily set and change settings using the System Preferences feature.
Battery and charging
The computer mouse has a built-in lithium-ion battery, so you don’t have to think about changing the battery. To charge, connect the mouse to your Mac’s USB port via the included Lightning cable. In two hours it is fully charged and you have a full month of use.
Bluetooth
The mouse connects wirelessly to your Mac via Bluetooth and gives you a stable connection up to 9 meters away.
Compatible with:
